CACR-UP6AAC - Servopack - YASKAWA
This YASKAWA reference servopack CACR-UP6AAC is a servopack for YASNAC ERCR-UP6-RB04, RB05, RB10.
Inverter consisting of JUSP-ACP05JAA (converter), JUSP-WS05AAY17, JUSP-WS10AAY17, JUSP-WS05AAY17, JUSP-WS01AA (in R, B and T), JASP-WRCA01 power supply board JUSP-RCP01XXX.
This servopack CACR-UP6AAC is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment.
A SERVOPACK includes a servo control circuit board (JASP-WRCA01), a servo control power supply (JUSP-RCP01AA-), a converter and an amplifier.
For the high capacity type, the converter and the servo power supply are separated.
- Servo Control Circuit Board (JASP-WRCA01)
This is a circuit board that controls the six-axis servomotors of the manipulator. This board controls the converter, amplifiers, and the power supply unit (JZRCR-XSU02). The power source is provided by a servo power supply.
- Power supply for servo control (JUSP-RCP01AA-)
This unit generates a DC power supply (+ 5V, + 7V, ± 15V) for servo control. The AC input (single phase: 200/220 VAC) is provided by the power supply.
This exchanges the power source (three phase: 200 / 220VAC) supplied by the power supply for a DC power source and supplies the amplifiers with energy for each axis.
It exchanges the DC power source supplied by a converter against a three-phase power source and is transmitted to each servomotor.
- Speed Control Card (JANCD-XFC01)
This monitors the speed of movement of the robot and sends a speed error signal to the servo control board (JASP-WRCA01) if the speed exceeds the set value.
