6ES7151-8FB00-0AB0 - Interface Module - SIEMENS
This interface module reference 6ES7151-8FB00-0AB0 and brand SIEMENS is a module for the S7.
SIMATIC DP, IM151-8F PN/DP CPU for ET200S, 192 KB working memory, int. PROFINET interface (with three RJ45 ports) as IO controller, no MMC battery required
This SIEMENS module is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
Compared to the previous version, this manual contains the following changes or additions: ● New digital electronic modules 4/8 F-DI DC24V PROFIsafe (6ES7138-4FA05- 0AB0) and 4 F-DO DC24V/2A PROFIsafe (6ES7138-4FB04-0AB0) with the following additional functions: – Module-internal diagnostic buffer – Firmware update – I&M identification data – Reduction of the residual current for the M channel of the new EM module 4 F-DO DC24V/2A PROFIsafe to max. 0.5 mA.
Safety automation systems (F-systems) are used in systems with high safety requirements. F-systems are used to control processes in which the safe state is immediately reached by switching off. This means that F-systems control processes in which direct deactivation poses no danger to humans or the environment.
The ET 200S distributed I/O system is a DP slave/IO device of the PROFIBUS DP/PROFINET IO network that can contain fail-safe modules in addition to the standard ET 200S modules. You can construct PROFIBUS DP/PROFINET IO lines using copper, fiber optic or WLAN cables (S7 Distributed Safety from version 5.4).
The fail-safe modules differ primarily from the standard ET 200S modules in their internal two-channel structure. The two integrated processors monitor each other and automatically test the input or output circuits. They switch the F-module to a safe state in the event of an error. The F-CPU communicates with the fail-safe module via the safe PROFIsafe bus profile. The fail-safe power modules are used to supply the potential group with load voltage and to safely shut down the load voltage of the standard output modules. The fail-safe digital input modules record the signal states from the safe sensors and send corresponding safety telegrams to the F-CPU. The fail-safe digital output modules are used for safe deactivation procedures with short-circuit monitoring up to the actuator.
