The terminal blocks of the "On / Off" I / O modules include an automatic coding transfer device during the first use. This prevents manipulation errors when replacing a module. This coding guarantees electrical compatibility by module type.

Each terminal can receive bare wires or equipped with end caps, open lugs.

The capacity of each terminal is:

Minimum: 1 wire of 0.2 mm2 (AWG 24) without tip.

Maximum: 1 x 2 mm2 (AWG 14) wire without ferrule or 1 x 1.5 mm2 (AWG 15) wire with ferrule. The screw terminals are equipped with captive screws. The maximum capacity of the terminal block is 16 wires of 1 mm2 (AWG 17) + 4 wires of 1.5 mm2 (AWG 15).

Pre-wired strands allow easy and direct wire-to-wire connection of I / O modules from connectors to sensors, preactuators or terminals.

This pre-wired strand consists of:

At one end, an over-molded HE10 connector from which 20 wires with a cross-section of 0.34 mm2 are sheathed.

At the other end, free wires differentiated by a color code according to DIN 47100.

The TSX DEY 16FK / 32D2K / 64D2K input modules and the output modules

TSX DSY 32T2K / 64T2K are especially designed for use with Tego Dial and TeSys Quickfit installation systems.

The connection is made simply by using a connection cable: TSX CDP pp to the Dialbase APE 1B24M socket installed on the Dialpack console equipped with a plate allowing the operator dialogue elements.

Each module is functionally cut into groups of 8 channels. Each channel group can be assigned to a specific application task.

When a fault has caused an output to be disconnected, it can be reset if no fault persists at its terminals. The reset command, defined in configuration, can be automatic (reset every 10 s) or programmed. Resetting is performed in groups of 8 channels. This function is available on modules with solid-state DC outputs. In the case of relay and triac output modules protected by fuses, the same type of reset (automatic or programmed) is required after replacing the fuse (s).
