10.56.200-4009 - Drive speed controller - KEB
KEB speed variator reference 10.56.200-4009. COMBIVERT 56 range.
Characteristics: 1Phase 200-240V - 50/60Hz - 4.0kVA - 10A
This KEB drive is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
Safe and trouble-free operation of the inverter is only guaranteed when the connection, instructions listed below are followed:
If deviations from these specifications occur, this may in particular cases lead to malfunctions and damage.
• Installation and connection must only be carried out by a qualified specialist.
• Respect the general installation rules for the installation and operation of electrical installations.
• Protective measures for man and machine must be provided and applied in accordance with local conditions and regulations.
• The KEB COMBIVERT is designed for a fixed connection.
• Do not connect or disconnect the power and control lines when the frequency converter is connected to the mains.
• Do not perform any measurements on the device while it is operating.
• Do not mix up the mains cables and motor cables.
• Observe the mains voltage and the nominal voltage of the motor!
• Lay the control and electrical lines separately!
• Connect control lines only to switching elements and adjustment devices (relay, switch, potentiometer) suitable for very low voltages.
• Use shielded/twisted control lines. Connect the shield to the PE!
• Use shielded/twisted motor cables. Connect the extended shield to the PE of the motor housing.
• Ground the frequency converter well (star-shaped: avoid earth loops; shortest connection to the main earth terminal).
• Connection of the braking module with shielded/twisted cables.
• For frequency converters with three-phase input voltage, the direct component of the fault current may prevent the FI protection switch from tripping. Therefore, IF protective wiring as the sole protective measure is not permitted according to VDE 0160. Additional safety precautions such as e.g. protective separation or multiple protection earthing is necessary. But it is not allowed to have multiple protective earthing at the output of the frequency converter.
• The FI protection switch must correspond to the latest version according to DIN VDE 0664.
• The trigger current should be 200 mA or more, to avoid premature triggering discharge currents of the inverter.
• Exception:
For frequency inverters with single-phase input voltage (L, N), it is allowed to use FI protection switches as the only protection, if the switch corresponds to the new model. according to DIN VDE 0664.
Motor protection switches or motor protection relays only provide conditional protection for inverter operation and in some cases they can cause malfunctions. PTC rating provides extended protection against overloading a motor during inverter operation. As an option, the KEB COMBIVERT is available with PTC evaluation. Up to 3 PTC thermistors are connected to the OH/⊥ or OH/OH terminals. Regarding PTC rating, terminal connections are affected by mains potential.
For 40 years, KEB has been developing, producing and marketing a complete range of solutions related to power transmission technologies.
