ATV08HU05M2 - Speed Drive - TELEMECANIQUE
This reference variator ATV08HU05M2 and SCHNEIDER TELEMECANIQUE is a variable speed drive for three-phase asynchronous motors..
Inverter of 0,18kW, 2,5 A 200/240 V, 50/60 Hz. Inverter with radiator
This ALTIVAR (Schneider Electric) is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
applications
Frequency converter for three-phase and single-phase asynchronous motors
Cage, the Altivar 08 incorporates the latest technological advances and
Functions for the most common applications, including:
- handling (conveyors ...)
- packaging / packaging
- special machines
- pumps and fans.
functions
The main functions are:
- start and speed control
- speed setpoint via analog input
- 4 preselected speeds
- reversal of direction of travel
- DC injection braking
- motor and drive protection, etc.
Construction variants
The Altivar 08 comes in three different construction variants for its integration into the machines:
- standard inverter with radiator
For normal atmospheres and ventilated envelopes.
- inverter on baseplate
Allows the assembly of the drive on the frame of the machine when the mass of this frame allows to absorb the calories. In this case, no special cut-out is required, except for the fixing holes of the drive.
- equipped dimmer
This IP65 ready-to-use enclosure is equipped with a dimmer, an external cooler, a power switch, a reversing direction switch and a potentiometer to adjust the speed.
This cabinet can be installed as close as possible to the motor.
Electromagnetic compatibility
The EMC filters are integrated in the Altivar 08 drives. The incorporation of the filters into the inverters facilitates the installation and the conformity of the machines for the CE marking in a very economical way.
They are sized for compliance with the following standards:
EN 61800-3 / IEC 1800-3, domestic and industrial environment.
Since its creation, the Telemecanique brand has been pursuing an innovation policy, which has become one of the world’s first references in automatism management.
The story of Telemécanique is read through that of its inventions, initiated with the launch of the first contactor on bars. A patent filed the same year of its acquisition, in 1924! It will develop contactors D became world reference. The 1980s marked the acquisition of Telemechanics by Schneider Electric (1988).
