This ATV320 (Schneider Electric) is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
The Altivar Machine ATV320 is an IP 20 speed controller designed for three-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors and integrates various functions to meet the most common applications, including:
- the packaging,
- the mechanical actuators,
- the work of materials.
With its proven motor control and connectivity features, the Altivar Machine ATV320 is designed to facilitate integration to meet the demands of simple and complex machines.
It offers enhanced automation capabilities and performance for industrial machine applications:
- efficient control of asynchronous and permanent magnet motors,
- complete integration in all system architectures (Ethernet, CANopen, Profibus, ...),
- Compact and Book format for integration into various types of cabinets,
- integrated safety function to ensure compliance with functional safety standards,
- better resistance to polluted atmospheres.
By taking into account, from the design stage, configuration and usage constraints, we have been able to simplify the integration of the Altivar Machine ATV320 in industrial machines. It has more than 150 functions. It is robust, easy to install and complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC.
Schneider Electric's MachineStruxure solutions offer many ready-to-use and PLCopen-compliant configuration libraries. It is also possible to use SoMachine to develop, configure and commission an entire machine in a single software environment. Using FDT / DTM technology, Altivar Machine ATV320 drives can be configured, controlled and diagnosed directly in SoMachine and SoMove using a single software block (DTM).
The seamless integration under this platform makes it possible to shorten the engineering and design times of the Altivar Machine ATV320 drive. Its Ethernet communication options allow access to real-time production data at all levels of the automation system via a web server.
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC is a French industrial group with international dimension, which manufactures and offers electricity management products, automation and solutions adapted to these trades.
Having consolidated its financial base thanks to the arrival of new shareholders and the simplification of its structures, Schneider began its redeployment at the end of the 1980s. Having joined Merin Gerin in the group (1986), the general management embarked on a acquisition strategy, marked by the integration of important companies that will become the core of the current group:
