The Altistart 22 soft starter provides progressive starting and stopping in voltage and torque of three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors, for powers between 4 and 400 kW. It is delivered ready to use for a standard application with class 10 motor protection. ease of implementation. To better meet certain applications which require the ability to short-circuit the starter at the end of starting, for example to limit the heat dissipation emitted by the starter, the use of the bypass function (bypass contactor) has been made easier by its integration in the starter.
