ATS22D32Q - Starter - SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC
This ATS22D32Q and SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC brand progressive retarder-starter is a dimmer for motors. Series: ALTISTART 22.
Characteristics: 230...415V, 7.5/15kW, 28.5A
This SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC starter is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
The Altistart 22 soft starter provides progressive starting and stopping in voltage and torque of three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors, for powers between 4 and 400 kW. It is delivered ready to use for a standard application with class 10 motor protection. ease of implementation. To better meet certain applications which require the ability to short-circuit the starter at the end of starting, for example to limit the heat dissipation emitted by the starter, the use of the bypass function (bypass contactor) has been made easier by its integration in the starter. The Altistart 22 soft starter has an integrated terminal for modifying the programming as well as the adjustment or monitoring parameters to adapt and personalize the application to the customer's needs. It also incorporates motor thermal protection as well as machine monitoring and ensures immediate implementation of the installation thanks to the SoMove commissioning software.
The functions integrated into the Altistart 22 soft starter-soft stop respond to the most common applications encountered in the building, infrastructure or industrial sectors:
- centrifugal pumps, piston pumps,
- fans,
- screw compressors, ...
- handling (conveyors, ...),
- specialized machines (agitators, mixers, centrifugal machines).
The Altistart 22 starter-retarder offers a truly economical solution because it allows you to:
- reduce installation costs by optimizing the size of products, integrating the bypass function and reducing wiring times,
- reduce electrical distribution stresses, by reducing current peaks and line voltage drops associated with motor start-ups,
- reduce machine operating costs by reducing mechanical stress.
The control of the three motor winding phases guarantees performance in any situation (presence or absence of load, any range of voltages or powers, etc.).
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC is a French industrial group with international dimension, which manufactures and offers electricity management products, automation and solutions adapted to these trades.
Having consolidated its financial base thanks to the arrival of new shareholders and the simplification of its structures, Schneider began its redeployment at the end of the 1980s. Having joined Merin Gerin in the group (1986), the general management embarked on a acquisition strategy, marked by the integration of important companies that will become the core of the current group:
Télémécanique (1988)
Square D (1991)
Merlin Gerin (1992)
Modicon (1996)
