MDLU2075N00 - Modular servo drive - NUM

The MDLU and MDLA drives have the same modular technology. Several modules share the same power supply. The connection is made directly on the 400 to 460 V three-phase network.
These modules can also be powered from compact MBLD or MDLS spindle drives.
All modular drives are digitally controlled. There are digital reference modules and analog reference modules.

DISC NT Numerically Controlled MDLU Drives (CN Num Power 1050)
Numerically controlled by a high speed digital bus, MDLU drives drive both spindle motors and small spindle motors
• BPH, BPG, BML and BHL axis motors
For applications requiring a very high level of performance, the motors are equipped with an incremental or absolute high resolution sensor. For less demanding applications, they can be equipped with a resolver.
• Low power AMS, MSA and MSS spindle motors
MDLU drives can control AMS, MSA and MSS motors up to approx. 20 kW.
For higher power motors or for applications requiring reinjection into the network, use the compact MBLD (digital reference) or MDLS (analog reference).

MBLD for the AMS, IM and AMR spindle motors compact drives, with optional feed-back to the power supply can supply the modular drives possible association with drives with analog reference MDLA.

Analog reference drives

MNDA single-axis drives for small axis motors and machines with low number of axes.
MDLA modular axis drives can be powered from the MBLD or MDLS spindle drive possible association with MDLU digital drives.
MDLS for AMS and AMR spindle motors compact drives, with optional feed-back to the network can supply the modular drives.
