This spindle amplifier module A06B-6102-H211#H520 is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
The spindle amplifier module drives a spindle motor. Select a spindle amplifier module according to the spindle motor being used.
There are three types of spindle amplifier module, as follows:
(1) Spindle amplifier module (SPM)
This module drives a spindle motor of the 200–V input series.
(2) Spindle amplifier module (SPMC)
This module drives the aC series spindle motor.
(3) Spindle amplifier module (SPM–HV)
This module drives a spindle motor of the 400V input series.
A servo motor detector signal is sent via the servo amplifier and is applied to the CNC through the FSB interface. Then, it is fed to two CPUs: a CNC CPU and a monitor CPU.
A spindle motor detector signal is sent via the spindle amplifier and is applied to the CNC connected through the serial interface. Then, it is fed to two CPUs: a CNC CPU and a CPU built into the spindle amplifier.

The CNC outputs a DO notifying of an alarm. If necessary, the spindle should be stopped. Because the DO output is not duplicated, this DO may not be output when a single failure is detected. In that case, the speed cannot be reduced, but the MCC is finally shut off and brought into the safe stop state.
If a spindle amplifier alarm or any other state in which the spindle motor cannot be controlled is encountered, immediate power-down is carried out.
Except FSSB I/O module, the hardware installation such as field wiring, power supply, etc. should be referred to connection manual (B-63003EN) for CNC units and (B-65162E) for servo amplifier. EMC problem should be referred to EMC guideline manual (A- 72937/E).
Degree of IP protection:
Servo Motors: IP55
Spindle Motors: IP54 with oil-seal, IP40 without oil-seal Servo and Spindle amplifiers: IP1x
CNC and other accessories: Ipxx
FANUC is a Japanese manufacturer of industrial robots, machining centers and numerical controls for machine tools
Since its creation in 1956, when the company’s founder, Dr. Seiuemon Inaba, introduced the concept of digital controls, FANUC has always been at the forefront of manufacturing techniques in the world. Moving from the automation of a single machine in the late 1950s to the automation of entire production lines over the following decades.
