FD2A02TR-RN20 - Servo Drive - BALDOR
This reference servo drive FD2A02TR-RN20 and brand BALDOR is a Brushless motor drive. FLEXDRIVE range.
Rated voltage: 230V, output current: 2.5A, 10A input circuit breaker
This BALDOR drive is at your disposal to replace your defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
The FlexDrive servo control is designed to meet the needs of
designers and manufacturers of machines. Baldor products are UL and CE approved.
The FlexDrive servo control is a compact controller with great flexibility for brushless servomotors. This Digital servo control can be adapted to meet the requirements of many applications. It can accept a 0 - 10 VDC input, a standard input ± 10VDC, a current loop input, a pulse and direction input or an electronic flywheel input.
Options that provide flexibility include the CAN bus interface (only for resolver feedback), internal or external regeneration, or the 24 VDC supply provided by the customer for logical power.
FlexDrive servo control can be integrated with motion controllers Baldor or any standard industrial motion controller.
Engines
Baldor servos are compatible with many Baldor motors and other manufacturers. The motor parameters are defined using the software
PC, which greatly facilitates the setting. Among the Baldor engines
compatible, include:
- Motors of the BSM-A series
- Motors of the BSM-B series
- Motors of the BSM-F series
For more information on engine size and compatibility, refer to
refer to the Speed / Torque charts in the catalog or contact your local Baldor distributor or representative. It is also possible to use special motors or engines not manufactured by Baldor. For more information, contact your local Baldor distributor or representative.
Source of the control signal
In analog mode (current or speed), the servo control requires a signal
variable external analogue of 0 - 10 V DC or ± 10 V DC.
acceptable, include a PLC or a motion controller.
In follower mode, differential or asymmetrical line exciters can provide signals for the main encoder. The electronic gearing is possible.
Impulse and direction
In pulse and direction mode, two opto-isolated inputs are available for pulse input and direction input.
The software identifies the command source: "Led B" or "Follower
pulse ".
Serial interface
External communication is via a serial port. This means that the FlexDrive servocontrol can be connected to a PC (for configuration and control) or to other user-supplied equipment such as:
- Host computers
- PLC
- PC
- Position Controllers
The serial interface supports:
- Four-wire RS232 and RS-485 communication standards
- The transmission speed: 9600
As ABB's US Motors and Generators division, ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc. market, design, manufacture and supply services for industrial electric motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products. This company was previously known as Baldor Electric Company until its merger with ABB on March 1, 2018.
The US division, headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas, oversees 15 manufacturing sites in 8 states.
The company sells Baldor-Reliance and ABB industrial electric motors. The products are available in IEC and NEMA configurations and range from fraction to 100,000 horsepower.
The company also sells Dodge mechanical power transmission products, including mounted bearings, enclosed gears, couplings, sheaves and bushings.
