The smartest modular I/O system

Omron's SmartSlice I/O system is compact, smart and simple. If used with Omron's CompoNet or DeviceNet CS1/CJ1 master boards, no configuration tools are required.

By using built-in functions such as scaling, totalization, differentiation and alarms in analog I/O cards, it is possible to minimize programming of your PLC. Preventative maintenance data collected by all I/O units can be accessed using CX-Integrator or NS Series Smart Active Parts.

A 3-part construction allows for rapid maintenance because rewiring is no longer necessary. The module's I/O table is stored in the station head, it is reactivated by a simple switch. Recovery is even simpler. As soon as a card is changed, its parameters are automatically loaded.
