1. After turning off the main circuit power supply, do not touch the circuit components until the “CHARGE” indicator is off. The capacitors are still charged and can be quite dangerous.

2. Do not modify wiring while circuit is live.

3. Do not check signals during operation.

4. Be sure to ground the 3G3SV using the ground terminal G (E).

5. Never connect the main circuit output terminals, T1 (U), T2 (V), T3 (W), to the AC main circuit power supply.

All potentiometers of the 3G3SV have been adjusted at the factory. Do not change their settings unnecessarily. Do not perform withstand voltage testing on any part of the 3G3SV unit. This electronic equipment uses semiconductors and is vulnerable to high voltage.

Equipment location is important for proper performance and normal life. 3G3SV units should be installed in areas where the following conditions exist. Ambient temperature: +149 to 1139F, --109 to +509C. Sheltered from rain or humidity. Away from direct sunlight. Protected from corrosive gases or liquids. Free of airborne dust or metal particles. Absence of vibration. Without magnetic noise.

1. Phase rotation of input terminals L1 (R), L2 (S), L3 (T) is available in both directions, clockwise and counterclockwise a watch.

2. When the inverter output terminals T1 (U), T2 (V) and T3 (W) are connected to the motor terminals T1 (U), T2 (V) and T3 (W), respectively, the motor rotates in counter-clockwise, as viewed from the opposite end of the drive, when commanding forward. Reverse rotation swaps two of the motor wires.

3. Never connect the AC main circuit power supply to the output terminals T1 (U), T2 (V) and T3 (W).

4. Care should be taken to avoid contact of the wiring leads with the 3G3SV cabinet, or a short circuit may result.

5. Never connect a power factor correction capacitor or noise filter to the 3G3SV output.

6. Never open or close output circuit contactors unless the inverter is properly sized.
