This UMV4301 27T speed controller is at your disposal to replace defective equipment and has a guarantee adapted to your needs.
Speed controller reconditioned and tested in full load (test of duration) on LEROY SOMER motor.
The UMV 4301 is an AC controller for supplying asynchronous motors and synchronous (brushless) motors. The UMV 4301 can therefore be configured in various operating modes, as follows :
Open loop flux vector control
As a result of its calculating power, the controller controls the magnetizing current and the active current for a standard asynchronous motor separately. The speed and position of the rotor are calculated to control the tor- que and speed of the motor. This open loop operating mode gives very high levels of performance and is thus suitable for the majority of applications.
Closed loop flux vector control
The use of the closed loop flux vector control mode on a standard asynchronous motor fitted with an incremental encoder for the position and exact speed of the rotor gives better control of the torque and speed of the motor over a wider speed range (including zero speed), with enhanced dynamic performance.
Open loop operation with voltage/frequency (V/F) control
The controller simultaneously controls the voltage and the frequency at the terminals of the asynchronous mo- tor. This operating mode is used for particular applica- tions for which open loop flux vector control does not provide the required performance levels (several motors supplied by a single controller, etc).
Operation with synchronous (brushless) motor
The use of the SERVO mode with a synchronous motor (motor with rotor fitted with permanent magnets) equipped with an incremental encoder or resolver provides very high dynamic performance levels, for example for driving axles.
The UMV 4301 controller uses an inverter bridge with IGBT transistors.
This advanced technology considerably reduces the noise and temperature rise for variable speed motors. The performance of the UMV 4301 is ideally suited to use in all 4 quadrants of the torque-speed diagram. During periods of operation in generator mode, the ener- gy restored by the motor is dissipated by resistors.
