IndraDrive has the power to convince
Whatever demands you place on your drive - IndraDrive offers an impressive range of key benefits:
▶ Integrated hardware platform
▶ Scalable functionality
▶ Unique security concept
Safety on board
Safety technology certified according to EN 13849-1 Cat. 3 PL d and EN 62061 SIL 2, protects machine operators while discs are in motion. Unlike conventional safety designs, there is no longer a need for motor contactors, additional speed monitors or frequent power cuts using the line contactor.
Integrated motion logic with PLC according to IEC 61131-3
Motion logic with an IEC 61131-3 compliant PLC can be integrated as an optional feature that consistently applies open standards. This makes it easier to bring in know-how from customers and saves on higher-level control systems and personnel training courses.
Built-in technology functions
Technology functions can be configured based on motion logic to perform a wide and diverse range of process-oriented tasks. This requires no programming knowledge whatsoever on the part of the user.
Open Interfaces
Internationally recognized interfaces are available to communicate with higher level machine control systems: sercos, PROFIBUS, Multi-Ethernet (sercos, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT), CANopen, DeviceNet, analog and parallel.
One software for all tasks
The engineering framework, IndraWorks, takes you through all stages of project planning, programming, parameterization, operation and diagnostics.
A single platform
In order to meet your individual needs, we have developed two versions of IndraDrive:
▶ IndraDrive C – compact converters
▶ IndraDrive M – modular inverters
Particularly economical drive solutions can be derived from common control units and the combination of different versions.
A full range of engines
The new generation of IndraDyn motors meets all the requirements of modern industrial automation thanks to its design diversity and unique performance:
▶ Synchronous and asynchronous servomotors which are more compact and more powerful
▶ Actuators designed for potentially explosive areas – ATEX and UL/CSA compliant
▶ Synchronous and asynchronous motors for high-speed applications such as electrospindles
