■ Motion based on CC-Link IE TSN 1 Gbit/s – CC-Link IETSN is an open communication network based on Ethernet. This 1 Gbps network enables time synchronization across all connected devices and includes servo amplifiers, motion modules, I/O, PLCs, etc. CC-Link IE TSN facilitates IoT infrastructure across the manufacturing enterprise.

■ Multi-network connectivity – MR-JET is compatible with EtherCAT, allowing a communication cycle of 125μs.

■ Rotary and linear motor compatibility – MR-JET servo amplifier supports both rotary motor and linear motor. The rotary motors (HG-KNS and HG-SNS) have 22-bit encoder resolution and the linear motor (LM-H3 and LM-AJ) can operate at a speed of up to 6.5 m/s.

■ Instant Start Tuning – The servo amplifier sets the speed loop gain and removes machine resonance in approximately 0.3 seconds via Servo-On control. The machine is able to run instantly and smoothly once the servo is activated. The one-touch adjustment feature provides more optimal performance with additional gain adjustment to reduce settling time. No tuning experience is required as the gain values ​​are generated automatically. This results in an all trouble-free experience when starting your machine, and reduces the time and effort of setting up the machine.
